Q: What is a Web Services Key(WSK) ?

A: A Web Services Key (WSK) is issued along with your courseware and is required to enable the applicable learning services while eLearning.

Q: Will my Web Services Key (WSK) ever expire?

A: The online services associated with each WSK will expire after 5 calendar months from the date of activation.

Q: I am not able to access the Techedge Services that were available to me earlier. Why?

A: Check the following:
        a) The Student ID and Curriculum details provided by you during signup are valid.
        b) Your details have been updated and replicated to the Central Server by your center.
        c) You have updated the Web Services Key (WSK) issued to you along with the courseware. Top

Q: I am not able to activate my Online Services despite taking all the required measures, i.e. Providing the correct information     especially Curriculum, Student ID, Web Services Key(WSK). What should I do?

A: Email your problem to the helpdesk at: writetous@niitstudent.com mentioning your Student ID, Centre & Country details.
